Sarah improved her marathon time by ~20 minutes last year, breaking the 4 hour mark for the first time in Philly. She PR’d by about 5 minutes at the 2018 Boston Marathon and then PR’d the Philadelphia Marathon by another 15 minutes. During the buildup of Philly, she also PR’d 9 minutes in 10k at Lone Gull! Sarah is a regular at long runs and track, and can be seen doing the entire track workout. She leads the communication committee, and it’s time to have her in the spotlight instead of the person behind the scenes writing the member spotlight.
