Old Fashioned 10 Miler & Flat 5K

We made up in enthusiam for what we lacked in depth this past Sunday at the Old Fashioned 10 miler. After hosting a fantastic supported 20-miler the day before, David came out to run another ten miles in the suburbs. Tammy brought her cheering section of one (adorable dog Sebastian) to shave four minutes off last year's time. CRC alumni Mike McKechnie and Jenn Campbell were on hand after smoking the 5K to help me finish fifteen minutes (woohoo!) quicker this year. Thanks to all who came out!**
