We had a great time at 2009 Marathon Sports Super Sunday 5K/10K! The weather had a bit of chill, however it was sunny and clear skies with no snow!!! Watching some of the other finishers come thru the race director made an announcement about a wedding proposal. She said “yes”... After the race we all enjoyed the celebration afterwards. (Harpoon beer & Legal Seafood’s chowda!)

Major props go out to everyone who ran but especially Becky who won the race in the Women’s Division after getting the results straightened out with the race director. The timing company also messed up the ages of some of the runners. The race director must have not been a happy camper..

Overall the race raised more than $10,000 for Live strong and the Lance Armstrong Foundation on Super Sunday.
